Amended Bylaws
Adopted in December of 2020, the Bylaws were amended to allow Members to participate in regular meetings of the Board. Going forward, after the Reports, and before Old Business, there will be a 15 minute period where members may participate. Please read the Bylaws for more detail on how this will be administered.
DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, CHARGES AND LIENS FOR HORSEMANS RANCH GAINESVILLE
Alternately referred to as CC&Rs or Deed Restrictions, the Covenants, Restrictions, Easements, Charges and Liens are a legally binding document that is officially recorded and filed with the State of Texas, and which have been agreed to by all Lot Owners by virtue of buying at Horsemans Ranch. CC&Rs cover the rights and obligations of the homeowners association to its members and vice versa, and compliance with the CC&R's is required. Within this document, you'll find information covering legal issues, such as:
